Novista Solutions is a software development and technology partner. We build custom software, AI-powered automation, mobile applications and the platforms businesses run on — and we start every engagement by understanding what the current way of working actually costs.

What we believe

Technology should not be complicated for the sake of it.

A lot of software fails for reasons that have nothing to do with engineering. It solves a problem nobody had, or it encodes a process before anyone questioned whether the process made sense, or it is built so elaborately that changing it later costs more than building it did.

We work the other way round. Before architecture and before technology choices, we want to know what a task costs you today — in hours, in errors, in growth you are turning away. That number decides whether a project is worth doing and how big it should be.

Sometimes it tells us to build something substantial. Often it tells us to build something much smaller than expected, or to integrate two systems you already own, or that the honest answer is an off-the-shelf product and no project at all. We would rather say that early than take on work we cannot justify.

Muhammad Bilal Rasool

Bilal founded Novista on a straightforward conviction: software should pay for itself, and the people building it should be able to show you the arithmetic. He leads the company's direction and stays in the room for the work itself, scoping every engagement around what the current way of working actually costs rather than around how large a project could be made. It is also why he will tell you when the honest answer is a smaller build, an integration, or no project at all — the conversation clients remember, and the reason most of them are still here several releases later.

Moin owns the architecture and the engineering standards behind everything Novista ships — data models, integration layers, deployment pipelines and the AI systems now running in production across twelve platforms. He reviews the architecture on every engagement personally, which is how a deliberately small team keeps that many live systems dependable. His standing rule is that clients should be able to hand the codebase to another team tomorrow and have them thank you for it.
